Halloween
I am so glad to have Halloween over with. Tuesday night I told Michael that we need to carve the pumpkins and his response was, "You got to buy them first." I got them bought two days before halloween, but there was no way we had time to carve them. So I let the kids paint them. It was as messy as if we had carved them. It was nice to have them do it by themselves, opposed to Michael spending hours trying to carve four pumpkins. Ellie was the only one that needed a shower after wards. (I am sure that does not surprise anyone) Michael or I didn't want to go to the ward trunk or treat because we were both sick. Good old sinus infection( got to love that) and Michael got my cold. On top of that we both had a long hard week. I was in no mood to go, but we bucked up and did are mommy and daddy duty. The kids got a lot of candy and of course they had a great time. They loved having Grandma Perry with them walking up and down the streets.

I agree with you 100% that Halloween is over! I love the costumes! The girls outfits look like the real thing, I am sure that made them happy. Did Wyatt's lion roar (remember Cole's frog costume ribbit ribbit)?
I hope you and Michael are feeling better now, Nothing worse than Mom & Dad sick. I love you guys!
I hear ya...I'm glad it's over too. I finished putting away all the Halloween decor yesterday...now if I could only get rid of all this candy!
Halloween was lots of fun for me. Thanks for letting me share with your family. I had a great time. I know it was hard on you and Michael since you were both sick, but you are great parents for putting that aside and taking the kids trick or treating. I know they loved going almost as much as me. HeeHee. Hope you're feeling better. Love you all.
The kids all look great - glad they used the cheer outfits. I'm sure they will try it when they get older, they are so cute! Ethan and Wyatt were awesome. Wish I was closer, but looking forward to seeing you all soon. Lots of love.
