Katie had a busy last week of school. Her class walked down to the park played games then walked to Dairy Queen & got ice cream. This picture is Katie holding hands with her best friend Jaden. I love when Jaden comes over to play he is the kid that you want over cause they play so well together.

Grandma & Katie at her Kindergarten celebrations. I can't believe that she is done with Kindergarten.
Me with my big kindergarten. I am worried about next year that the days will be so long for her. The school is going to a four day schedule. This year she went to school three hours a day. Next year she will be gone for eight hours. Note: I am not happy with it!

Katie got an award at the kindergarten celebration. She got Super Trooper Award. Which is for recognition of outstanding citizenship and total respect for other people. Way to go Katie!

Did your school district have a vote on the 4 day 8hr school week? That is crazy! Why did they do that, to cut cost? I hope your kids do well. Tell them to really enjoy the summer now! Katie is getting so big and even cuter if that is possible. As for the prearranged marriage thing I am all for it. :) It would surely save some heartache as they get older and start to date. P.S. Glad you went private :)
Katie is following the footsteps of all her family. Great job Katie. I'm not sure about the 8 hours a day - it seems like a lot to ask of child that young. Hope you all will do Ok. Keep us posted.
