Holes in the playroom
Holes in the family room
Check out the new vents!
Oh happy day! This side of the house is the family room, playroom and my sewing room. It had always been warmed up by the wood stove, but we had no time to get wood this summer. (Michael and my Dad also protested and said they were done getting wood forever) We got a Eden Pure heater that worked really well unless it got about 20 degree's or below outside. We live in Idaho and it gets that cold. Michael called up our friend Ranley and asked him if we could put the furnace in the attic and have the vents in the ceiling. He said not a problem so it took two days but it is done. We have two vents in the playroom, two in the family room and one in the sewing room. I love it. I really liked the wood stove. I loved the smell of it and the heat. (Michael not so much) I would get a fire going really hot. That would make the other side of the house feel to cold (it was 70). Now it is 70 though out the house. I am in heaven. Now the new project this summer is to get the wood stove out of the room and get new carpet. There is always something that needs to be done. Thanks Ranley for the heat.

I am so glad you got this done. I know that you loved the wood stove, but you'll like it so much more that you can just move a dial and have heat. Can't wait to experiance the whole house warmth and see all you've done since the last time I was there. See you in 3 days. Yippee!!
Having had a woodstove for heat for years, I know your delight in having a real heater. I was so glad when I moved to Las Vegas where all you had was forced heat. Congratulations! Probably won't need it by time I make it up there, but I know you all will enjoy it so much. Love you.
I love your family pictures!!!
Congrats on the heat!
