Fall Sports

Fall sports are over with. I am so happy! I love going to the games. I love watching how the kids improved from the beginning of the season to the end. Ethan and Bry were on the same soccer team she was #8 and he was #10. A lot of pictures of their backs. I get so excited that I take the picture late. One neat thing I saw on the soccer field was Ethan got hurt and was on the ground. Bry stopped went over there to help him up and take him off the field. It showed me that they watch out for each other and love each other. She kept asking him if he was all right. Bry sure did not like him being hurt. ( he was OK). Their team went into the tournament undefeated. They won the tournament.

This was Ethan first year of playing flag football. He loved it. He played running back, wide receiver and quarter back. They won 5 and lost 3. He understands the game. He goes to Michael's football practice's during the summer. He is on the side lines during the Shoshone games.

We loved going to the Shoshone football games. Michael enjoys being on the field coaching. He has always wanted to do that. It was a mild fall and it only got really cold the last two games. Their JV and Varsity season was OK. Varsity won 5 and lost 4. The last picture on the slide show was us celebrating the day dad came home right after school. We had root beer floats that night. We love dad being home.

It's so nice to live in a small town so your kids can play on the same team. I really enjoyed watching Ethan's football game; too bad I couldn't make it up there for soccer, maybe next year. I know Michael is in his element when he's coaching. Besides teaching, it's all he's wanted to do like forever. I was very happy that it was a mild fall so I didn't freeze when I went to one of Michael's games. An added bonus was seeing the girls cheerleading. What fun. As I've said before,as much as I miss you all, this was a good move for you guys. I love you.

Tera you are such a good supportive mom and wife! I love all the pictures, I don't know why but they make me a bit misty eyed-such a cute family I guess. I think it is awesome that the kids are so involved in sports-the pictures you took are awesome. I love the one where Bry has her arm around Ethan, so sweet! I love that your little guy wants to be out there too-soone enough Wyatt it will be your turn!!! And it is so fun to see Michael all official with his coaching get up-that is cool. I think I might even listen to him if were yelling at me in that outfit-wink wink! And the water boy, how cute is he with his glasses! I love the pictures! I am sure that these short sport seasons are just a foreshadowing of your life in the next 7 years running kids everywhere from sport to sport! You are a great mom!
