I ran a race on the 4th in Las Vegas. This is my third time running this 5k. I just wanted to improve my time. The first time I ran it was back in 2003 it took me 37.07 then in 2007 I did it in 31.25. This year was 29.32. I placed 130 out of 222 people. In my division I took 10 out of 14. I am so excited to run the half in August.

I too am so impressed. You are amazing 1 for running in the Vegas heat and 2 for improving your time so much over the years. Maybe next year I should run it with you. You have always been my 1st inspiration to run, you are the one who got me to go on my first run and I will be forever grateful or maybe not. hehe I love it and can't wait to get on the road again.
