This Summer we decided to have Ethan and Bry be on the Gooding Otters swim team. They practice Monday-Friday at noon for two months. It was hard at times to get them down there. Thanks for my mom who took them half the time while I was in town with Wyatt. They loved being on the swim team. Their meets where every Saturday. You have to swim the length of the pool before you can participate in a meet. So it took them a couple weeks to do that. They ended up participating in three meets and the finals in Jackpot, Nevada. Back in the day when these two kids were little (16 months apart) it was hard. Now I enjoy that they are so close. They have been able to do a lot of things together. I think they make good memories doing activities together. This is them in the pool during practice. Cousins. This is at the finals. Ethan and Kade just happen to be in the same heat for breast stroke. Right next to each other.
Bry diving in for her medley race. She does the breast stroke. That is her strong swim. It's fun to watch her cause she smiles the whole time as she swims.

Ethan team for free style and medley. In the medley Ethan does the back stroke or the breast stroke
The swim team is over with. The kids became real strong swimmers. They loved going every day to the pool. Next year Katie will join them on the swim team.

Wow, only 16 months apart? You are my wonder woman!
I'm so glad they took the swimming lessons and enjoyed them. Carole Ann and Susan didn't like going when they were little, but then they had to ride their bikes to and from also. They did learn to swim though. Lots of memories for your kids, good job Tera.
